We are an independent not-for-profit organization which is committed to the protection and promotion of Civil and Social Rights Awareness for all Ugandans world-wide.

The organisation was started in 2003 and was officially launched in 2006. For the last three years, CUSAR has been doing a feasibility study about its objectives. And it has found out that there are a lot of violations of peoples Civil And Social Rights in Uganda.

There is a need for civil and Social Rights Education to all Ugandans. We need to conduct civil and social training and community empowerment workshops and fostered collaboration among social and civil  rights in Uganda and world -wide.
